Customization
All items are made to order based on your selection. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Production & Delivery
- Production + delivery timeline: up to 45 days
- Delivery is scheduled within 72 hours (3 days) after order confirmation
- Delivery days: Sunday–Thursday, 10 AM–6 PM
- No delivery on weekends or public holidays
Shipping
Shipping fees vary based on location and order size.

Delivery
- Delivery to home or work addresses only
- No public locations
- Receiver must be present
Cancellations
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order
Returns
- Returns allowed only in case of manufacturing defects
- Must be reported within 14–30 days
Refunds
- No refunds
- Approved cases are handled through repair or replacement only
Damages
Report damaged or incorrect items immediately for resolution.
